Power Project

The Power Project is the ultimate learning tool. Your team of candidates are divided into teams where they have to work on a leadership development project of your choosing. Think about those ideas you have for your company, those new systems you have always wanted to put into place but lacked the time and energy. This is your shot.

Each team is given a project, an idea, to research, create a budget, a business plan and ultimately make the recommendation as to whether the organization should move forward or not. This is a power project, because candidates really learn what it’s like to be a leader who has limited resources, time and budget. No better teach then this power project.
